Craig O’Rourke has been in the real estate industry since 2009, starting during the foreclosure crisis. His expertise spans pricing, staging, multiple-offer negotiations, and ongoing market education. He also teaches continuing education for real estate agents.

A Colorado resident since 1983, Craig is a family man and father of three. He’s helped first-time buyers through down payment assistance programs and guided investors in building passive income through real estate.

Craig was named "Rookie of the Year" at Keller Williams and later became a "Top Producer," closing 200+ transactions in just three years. He led a 350+ agent team and owned three KW franchises.
